1) You must inform us of your intention to replace the item to us within 24 hours of receive of the product, Email us on customercare.addmydeal@gmail.com  or Call us on +91 8980176416 on Mon-Fri between 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM in the following circumstances:

   1). Defective product replacement Accept

   2). Incorrect product replacement Accept

   3). Wrong Size Receive  replacement Accept

 

2) Defective/incorrect product replacement? Just follow these simple steps:

   1). You Can call us or Email us For Any Defect in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 24 hour of receive the product.

 2). Please mention Order number/ID in subject line to help us quickly process your replacement and ensure that the replacement  merchandise must have invoice, have all its original packaging and accessories, and be in an unused/sell able condition. otherwise no Replacement .

 3). We Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of replacement items including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

 4).   Please ensure that all the replacement items are packed properly and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

 5). For all self-shipped replacement, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse (Address) within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

 6).  As soon as we have received the product, if the entire product is in proper condition, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

7).  In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.

 You have to self-ship the product(s) back to us and send me tracking id, to reach our Whorehouse address within 10 days. reach our office and after send your replacement product
